Paul Stewart is the President and Chief Operating Officer of SVB Interests, a single-family office engaged in the management of the various business, investment, and philanthropic affairs of Tony and Vicki Batman.

He is a member of SVB Interests Investment Committee who reviews and approves all investments for SVB Ventures and for SVB Charities. He also is a member of the Philanthropic Selection Committee for SVB Charities. Paul is on the board of directors of SVB Ventures and the Stephen and Vicki Batman Foundation.

SVB Ventures, Inc. a diversified investment firm formed in May 2019, engages in capital formation and investment in a variety of industries including technology, manufacturing, retail, and real estate.

SVB Charities is involved in charitable and philanthropic endeavors which are focused in four important values and activities including Faith & Worship, Knowledge & Education, Business & Commerce, and Civics & Patriotism.

Paul served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of 1st Global. Inc. from 2005 to 2019. 1st Global, now operating under a new name, is a diversified financial services firm that is the leading business development and resource partner to tax, accounting, and law firms.

Paul has extensive experience in accounting and operations with financial services firms.  Prior to joining 1st Global, Paul served as Senior Director, Finance at ING Advisors Network and as the Chief Financial Officer of Multi-Financial Securities Corp and Investors Financial Group.

Paul graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Paul and his wife, Laurie, are the parents to four grown children and reside in Allen, Texas.
